" Oliver is a tremendous real estate agent. He helped me sell and buy a home. During the first conversation we had about selling my home, he asked "what is your primary goal in selling your home?" A simple question, but we'd used a real estate agent in the past in an attempt to sell this home, but we were unsuccessful despite 30+ showings in 45 days. My response to Oliver's question, was "I want to sell my home for the most amount of money, with as few showings as possible, with the least amount of renovations." Oliver has many connections, and effectively acted as our general contractor for all the renovations. He coordinated exterior paint, new flooring and carpet, and granite countertops.
